Team Building Activities

Glenworth Valley’s Team Challenge

Glenworth Valley’s Team Challenge is a fun and interactive series of group activities with many of the activities run in a round robin format. The Team Challenge encourages teamwork, leadership and communication, along with problem solving and cooperation.

Cattle Drive Ride (October – April)

Put your team in the saddle to work together to muster the herd of cattle through our scenic property on horse back (and through the creek if it’s high-tide!).

Mud Run

The mud run utilises Glenworth Valley’s natural and man-made obstacles to provide participants with a fun and rewarding challenge.

Laser Skirmish

Laser skirmish is a team combat simulation game similar to laser tag that is played outdoors with a harmless infra-red beam and a sensor detecting hits. You’ll experience all the thrills and fun of paintball (without the mess or bruises!). This is a game of tactics, with communication and teamwork playing an important part of the game.

Horse Riding

Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures is renowned as Australia’s largest horse riding centre. Take a ride on horseback through over 50kms of private, scenic trails for an experience that your team is sure to remember.

Quad Biking

Feel the wind on your face as you zip along our private bush trails taking in some of the Valley’s best scenery on a quad bike. Our quad biking adventure is one of Glenworth Valley’s most popular experiences and once you’ve experienced the thrill of it for yourself, you’ll understand why. This is some of the best fun you can have on four wheels.

There’s nothing quite like the surge of adrenalin you’ll feel as you descend a rock face on an awesome abseiling adventure high above Glenworth Valley. Your team members will support and encourage each other throughout and our fully qualified abseiling guides will lead you on an adventure to remember.

Take to the water on a kayak to explore Glenworth Valley from Popran Creek. We can also arrange kayaking at various other locations around the Central Coast, Sydney or Newcastle on request.
