Filming at Glenworth Valley
Glenworth Valley is a popular location for film, television and photo shoots as our privately owned wilderness property is home to a broad range of natural environments and spectacular scenery that is easily accessible from Sydney’s CBD.
Glenworth Valley offers a variety of terrain including pristine bushscapes, ancient rainforests, unspoilt native Australian bush, mud fields, grassy flood plains, rocky outcrops, lush green pastures, and tall eucalypts. It is also home to 50 kilometres of private bush trails and Popran Creek, the purest tributary to the Hawkesbury River, which runs the length of the valley. The rockpools area of Popran Creek is a spectacular location.
The valley is also home to many species of native flora and fauna including wallabies, king parrots, kookaburras, lyrebirds and giant goannas. As a working horse farm, we are also home to 200 horses.
Glenworth Valley has been used as a location for countless films, television shows, commercials and photo shoots for the likes of The Bachelor, Hyundai, Nissan, Channel 7, Foxtel, FedEx, Toyota, Ford and many more.
