The Valley Events Centre
The new Valley Events Centre offers the perfect venue for your special day and showcases 180 degree views across Glenworth Valley.This brand new, multi-million dollar centre is the Central Coast’s newest and most exciting venue and features contemporary Australian design with a rustic accent across two spectacular levels.
On the upper level, our refined Wilderness Room stands alone as one of Sydney’s premier event venues. The space is warm and inviting and features Australian hardwoods, polished concrete floors, handcrafted blackbutt tables, fireplace and extensive use of glass throughout.
The lower level is home to the Rainforest Room. This versatile space can be transformed into a more formal or informal space and offers canvas for those with a creative flair. This generous space opens out onto a stunning lawn area, where the indoors and outdoors blend seamlessly as one. The Rainforest Room can cater up to 180 guests (seated).
Our Food & Beverage Team
Glenworth Valley is delighted to introduce our International Executive Chef and Head of Food & Beverage, Mario Schwallie. Mario has worked all over the world, including the kitchens of Gleneagles in Scotland (one of the country’s top five restaurants), Bermuda’s most luxurious resort, Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa and Brasserie in London.
Mario and his team believe in high quality and locally sourced produce and his menus reflect the quality restaurants he has worked in and his 20 years experience in hospitality.
Glenworth Valley sits at the gateway to the Hunter Valley and there is an extensive list of stunning wines from this award-winning region on our menu.
