dependable horses perfect
for young children
Horses – as opposed to ponies – have extremely calm temperaments, making them ideal for kids. As such, it is mostly horses which are used for kids rides at Glenworth Valley. Only the most dependable horses who have a long history of being ridden by young children are hand selected to make the safest experience possible.
an activity for the whole family
As a self-guided tour, parents or guardians are required to lead the horse for the duration of the experience.

Glenworth Valley does not provide tour guides or supervision. Enclosed shoes are required for both the adult and child.
