We offer one-on-one assessments and group riding lessons for adults and children. Our team of professional, experienced instructors will share their love and knowledge of horse riding with you.
Our horse riding lessons take place in our lesson arenas, out on our trails or a combination of both. Before commencing a lesson, all new students will undertake a riding assessment for our instructors to be able to allocate students to a suitable group, or to design a personalised riding program.
Our lessons are provided in accordance with a training plan which may include grooming, saddling, ground control, walking, trotting and cantering in harmony with the horse. As rider’s advance lessons may progress to leg yielding, riding on the bit and jumping.
With 200 horses for riding, our horses are individually assigned to each student to ensure that riders of all ages and abilities are matched with a horse to suit their needs. Providing safe and enjoyable horse riding experiences is our number one priority. Our staff are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests at all times. Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures is a founding member of the Australian Horse Riding Centres Association that regulates safety standards for the horse riding industry.
Located in the NSW Central Coast hinterland and just off the M1 Freeway, Glenworth Valley Outdoor Adventures is an easy one hour drive from both Sydney and Newcastle CBDs.
