For couples seeking a blend of natural beauty and exceptional service, Glenworth Valley has emerged as a premier wedding destination.

On June 29, 2024, Ben and Zoe celebrated their love at Glenworth Valley – their ceremony held at the picturesque Lookout and reception in the exclusive Valley Events Centre.

Their wedding embodied the elegance that Glenworth Valley is known for, offering an enchanting experience amidst the valley’s lush rainforest and rugged sandstone.

the vision

Ben and Zoe’s vision for their wedding was clear: relaxed vibes, great food, and a deep connection to nature. Having first visited Glenworth Valley on a camping trip early in their relationship, the couple’s bond with the site made it their ideal venue

“We remember driving down and seeing the wedding sign, thinking how magical it would be to get married here one day,” said Zoe. “When it came time to choose a venue, nothing else compared.”

Glenworth Valley’s attention to detail was evident throughout. The venue’s sandstone blocks provided a tiered view for the ceremony, allowing every guest to witness the couple’s vows. Their reception was hosted in the elegant Wilderness Room, with a cocktail hour in the Rainforest Room, complemented by stunning views and cozy fire pits.

The food, a highlight of the event, received rave reviews, with guests even wishing they had taken some home.

The couple also opted for an array of enhancements including five cozy cabins and three fire pits – creating a welcoming and festive atmosphere. Interactive puzzles during the canapés—featuring spot-the-difference and sudoku — also engaged guests and added a unique touch.

luxury retreat

For their wedding at Glenworth Valley, Zoe and Ben wanted a relaxed, immersive experience, not just for themselves but for their closest family and friends. To make the most of their time together, the couple secured all five onsite villas, creating an exclusive retreat for their bridal party.

Set in secluded wilderness, the villas provided a private and self-contained space for 20 guests – deal for unwinding before and after the big day.

By choosing to stay onsite, Zoe and Ben’s bridal party enjoyed not just a wedding, but a full weekend of connection, celebration, and unforgettable moments in Glenworth Valley’s breathtaking natural setting.

Optional add ons

Ben and Zoe added Wine Barrels with Stools and Fire Pits to their wedding package, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere.

Wine barrels with candles served as rustic tables, while stools encouraged guests to gather and enjoy conversation and drinks.

The fire pits, surrounded by comfy seating, offered warmth and a relaxed space for mingling under the stars, adding a magical touch to the evening.
