Possibly. Due to the popularity of this event, there is a strong possibility that the festival will be sold out prior. Therefore, there is no guarantee that tickets will be available at the gate on the day. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing your ticket online to avoid disappointment and guarantee your entry to the event. Tickets can be purchased online at any time and right across the event weekend.

Phone reception at Glenworth Valley is intermittent, so it is strongly recommended you print or download your ticket prior to arrival. Entry to the festival is by presenting your ticket.  Don’t have access to a printer? Take a screenshot of each of your tickets on your phone to present at the gate. 

If you’ve not received your tickets via email please email adventures@glenworth.com.au before 4pm on Friday 5th June 2026 with details of your booking name, contact number and the date you will be attending then your tickets shall be re-sent to you.

Subject to availability, you can swap tickets for another day, buy add-ons, and update your details via the ticket management app. This quick video instruction shows you how.

Tickets are inclusive of event activities and entertainment for the date specified on your ticket as well as standard parking. Ticket entry does not include food or drinks.

You can give your ticket to someone else without having to request a name change. The new ticket holder will just need to bring the original printed ticket with them on the day.

The event is strictly cash free. Cashless transaction systems will be available for all payments.

Dogs are permitted at the festival. They must remain on leash at all times and have their waste attended to by owners. 

Our vendor line up is almost exhausted. However, there are a couple of spaces left for quality vendors. If you’re interested in joining us, please complete our vendor enquiry form.

Please leave your eskies and alcohol at home. We have tons of food stalls providing kid friendly options as well food from around the world that adults will love.GF options are also available, and as a licensed venue, alcohol is available to purchase.

Glenworth Grazing is a family friendly event. Glenworth Valley Family Passes are available for Sunday. 

A Family Pass includes 4 x tickets: 2 x adults and 2 x children. Extra tickets must be purchased seperately.

The shuttle bus runs both ways between Gosford Station, Erina Fair, Wyong & Hornsby and the event site.  See the timetable above for more details. Entry to the shuttle is by pre-purchased tickets only. 1 ticket is required per person. 

Standard parking is available at the event site and is included in every ticket. Standard parking may be up to a 10 min walk away. Premium Parking is also available, and is an approx. 2 min walk.

Unlimited admission to all Festival Rides. Includes Laser Skirmish, Lead Pony Rides, Jumping Castle, Face Painting and Petting Zoo. Available for kids 3-14 years. Laser skirmish available for 7 years and up.

The event is disability accessible with disability parking spaces.

The music lineup will be announced closer to the event date. Mark yourself as ‘Interested’ in the official Facebook Event to be the first notified when the lineup is announced.
