If you are unable to attend your rescheduled date for the Horses Birthday Kids Festival 2023, then we are sorry. You can choose from the following options:

1. Swap your Saturday tickets for Sunday tickets (or vice versa).
2. Transfer your tickets to friends.
3. Apply for a full refund (minus all booking fees) at any time before April 30th 2023.

To arrange, please fill out a ticket transfer application form below. You will need the name and email used to purchase your tickets, alongside the Booking ID and date of booking made on the original order via Trybooking (not your re-issued Eventbrite tickets).

If you have enquiries to do with the Horses Birthday Kids Festival, please send us an email at adventures@glenworth.com.au rather than calling. Please be mindful that it is likely to take a number of weeks to fully respond to all enquiries and refund requests relating to the Horses Birthday Kids Festival, so please be patient while we get to you.
