Horses Birthday Party - this weekend!
Hip Hip Hooray - it's Horses Birthday this Saturday, the first of August and we're celebrating with loads of activities at Glenworth Valley.
See Sarah McDougall performing a range of horse jumping and horse tricks throughout the day and saddle making demonstrations, as well as face painting for the little ones. Meet our gorgeous miniature ponies, Violet and Crumble at
11am and 2pm. There's even cake for the horses at 12.30pm!
The cafe will be open from 7.30am, serving hot food and coffee all day. There's even a birthday cake presentation to the horses at 12.30pm.
See the spectacular Running of the Horses at
7am and 5pm, when the largest herd in Australia run into their yard (morning) or into the paddock (afternoon). The sight of 200 horses charging into the paddock at the end of the day is truly magnificent. Click here for the full day's schedule.
