We recently had our magical wedding day at Glenworth valley. What can I say…… wow! What a team they have. They made our day so magical and the overall experience of planning a wedding so easy and seamless.I highly recommend Victoria and her team at Glenworth valley.

Our wedding at Glenworth Valley was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The venue itself is stunning — the scenery, the atmosphere, and the peaceful setting made it everything we’d dreamed of and more. Having learnt to ride horses here as a young girl, it was just magical and a dream come true being able to celebrate our special day here.A huge thank you to Victoria, our events coordinator, who was an absolute pleasure to work with! She made the whole process so easy and stress-free, always friendly, organised, and quick to respond. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her calm professionalism helped everything run smoothly on the day. A special shout out to her for fluffing my dress more times than I can count haha.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — it truly was the perfect day in the most beautiful location. The Lookout is an absolute must if you're looking at getting married at Glenworth Valley. This ceremony reception is just perfect, you can leave it as it is, or you can add to it, and it will be beautiful regardless. We had an elopement style ceremony and only had about 15 guests attend. We are so grateful for Victoria and the Glenworth Valley team who made sure that the day ran smoothly. When we had an issue with our transportation, Victoria assisted to organize an alternative by arranging for a staff member to drive us to our Ceremony in the Troopy.We were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding in the rainforest room at Glenworth Valley. It is a beautiful room that opens up onto the lawn, to overlook large field where the horses run across at 5pm each day. We were very easily able to fit our 95 guests and found it to be such a gorgeous venue for our Cocktail-style wedding. I was so nervous on the day I didn't get to taste all of our food options, but I have gotten so much positive feedback on how great the food tasted, and how beautiful the wedding was. The staff made their way around to all of the guests, and the bar tender was absolutely amazing at making different cocktails and kept up the energy over the course of the night. At the end of the night the venue coordinator /manager also made sure all of our guests were transported safely from the venue.We cannot thank Victoria enough for providing a seamless and smooth ceremony and reception for us on the day. There were some minor details of set up that the inner control-freak in me was worried about not being perfect, however Victoria came through and everything was arranged perfectly. If there were little problems that arose, Victoria did what she could, and would check in on us throughout to make sure everything was how we wanted. Victoria is calm, focused and we are so grateful for all of her assistance both leading up to, and on the big day.

But nothing compares to the memory made on September 13th, 2025. Our wedding day.From the very beginning, Victoria, our coordinator, was an absolute gem. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process. After months of planning and countless meetings, seeing her on the big day was so reassuring, it truly felt like having a trusted friend by our side.The ceremony location was nothing short of magical. Guests were in awe of the serene surroundings and the way the light hit the arbour, it was breathtaking and felt like something out of a fairytale.As for the reception, it exceeded every expectation. The service was flawless, and the food was unbelievable. We've heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests about how delicious everything was. You could truly feel the passion and care from every staff member at Glenworth. They go above and beyond to make your day unforgettable, from perfectly timed events of the night to their warm, professional interactions with guests.Everything was simply incredible. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect, meaningful, and magnificent day. Victoria our event coordinator was extremely accommodating and flexible throughout the whole wedding process. Communication was clear and in a timely manner and she did all she could to support my husband Mark and I’s requests.The food and beverage staff were amazing, providing exceptionally high quality food with great service from friendly wait staff with a special shout out to Jacquie for getting involved in the fun! Mario ensured the night ran smoothly and was extremely accomodating to ourselves and our guests.The running of the horses was a highlight of our day and I would highly recommend adding this to your package - our guests are still talking about it! Outstanding wedding venue

Glenworth Valley, what a magical location to celebrate our love on our wedding day. The staff were amazing, in particular Kelly McDougall our wedding coordinator who made our day perfect. Kelly answered all our questions, and she was always available when we needed her, even out of work hours. You truly made our day flow so smoothly and we appreciate you more then you know. You went above and beyond anything we could have expected. The food was delicious and the service outstanding. I highly recommend choosing Glenworth Valley for your wedding or any special day you have coming up A++ all the way x
